Using the data gathered during the Inventory process and reviewing existing barangay or municipal development plans a sectoral plan for WASH is developed. This is a series of workshops with all of the stakeholders and this is then validated and presented to the community for comment and refinement.
- Process includes:
- Data Collation and Analysis
- Development of Situationer
- Formation of Vision, Goals and Objectives. Includes alignment with other development plans.
- Building of strategies and multiple steps of various sizes and complexity.
